A note to international customers: our shopping cart is not yet set up to accommodate orders from outside the United States. If you wish to place an order with us, please send an e-mail to customerserv@fantasistent.com, letting us know you wish to order from us, and include a list of the items.
We update our stock counts daily, sometimes more often, but to be safe, if an item has a quantity under "5," please e-mail us at customerserv@fantasistent.com to make sure we still have the item in stock before you order. Orders that are unfullfillable due to FE's mistake in updating stock counts will be refunded in full, or an alternate item will be sent. If you order more items than are currently listed, your remaining amount will be refunded, minus a 2.5% processing fee, by check, with your order, unless you choose an alternate item.
Stock Glossary:
In Stock:
If an item is listed as "in stock," that means there are plenty of them, and we are expected to replenish them as they are ordered.
Red or White Numerals::
If an item has a number, such as "1" or "23," that means there are only that many of the items available to order at this time. If the number is in red, that means the item is one-of-a-kind and more than likely the only one we will ever have again. If you are interested in purchasing more of these items, let us know, and we will try to locate them from our distributors (along with the best price) and let you know asap! A number in white means that, for now, that is all we have, but we will probably be getting more in soon. Please write us at customerserv@fantasistent.com for more information as to when we might be receiving more stock on these items.
Single cards will have quantities listed in white. This does not mean that we neccessarily expect to replenish the stock.
Preorders:
Items listed on the preorder page, or in their own page with an availability of "Pre" are all items yet to be released by their respective publisher. FE gives a slightly greater discount (usually 5 to 10%) on preorder items, as it allows us to fine tune our order to our distributors.
The preorder cutoff date for most items is near the end of each month (the preorder page lists the exact date) at 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time. As soon as an item leaves the preorder page, and has its status changed on its own page, it will no longer be offered at the extra discount.
The date following "Pre" in the status is the date that the item is expected to be in stock here and ready to ship. Please note that this date is subject to change, but is a good estimate.
A double-date in the availability column indicates that the item will be available for preorder longer than the normal period of time. The first date is the preorder cutoff date, while the second date is the expected ship date.
