SHADOW & FLAME The Shadow & Flame Supplement is divided into two distinct sections: The first part of the book delves into the history, realms and battles of Moria. It offers you a topographic map of this underground realm, details the Dwarves that founded it, explains how they lost their precious mines and speaks of those that have invaded it - the vile Goblins. You'll find background information and rules for Balin and his Dwarves as well as some new Heroes and warriors for the Moria Goblins. You will also find four new scenarios to recreate the battles between Balin and his Dwarves and the Goblin invaders. The second part of the book is made of three separate appendices, each dealing with a different subject. In general, it's aimed at adding some characters to the rules that appear in the books but were left out of the movies. These included rules and scenarios for:
• The Barrow Downs, including the Barrow Wights, the mysterious Tom Bombadil and Goldberry.
